Emergencies

If the dog has severe breathing difficulty, collapse, uncontrolled bleeding, repeated seizures, suspected poisoning, or another emergency sign, contact an emergency veterinary service immediately. Do not wait for or rely on the app.

Veterinary care

A veterinarian can consider examination findings, history, medicines, laboratory results, and changes over time that the app cannot assess. Seek veterinary advice whenever symptoms are concerning, persistent, worsening, or unclear.
